Absolute lack of customer service. Always check your product as much of it is expired. When I asked about the product being expired after I purchased. I was accused of being disrespectful. When in fact I was being quizitive. After receiving no I information, I asked only for a managers name and time I could come back and chat with her. I was told I could not have that information. I returned to the store the kid was raising his voice, red in the face, and shaking. He had the manager on the phone. Manager said that the expired items (4 months expired) was fine that they had to legally put a date on them. At this point I wasn''t offered a refund. And then again said I was being disrespect. Well at that point my attitude did changed. You want disrespectful. I gave them disrespectful. Sorry but not sorry. Never again! It''s a shame. I have bought 8 glass pieces from them. Time to go else where.
Great selection, prices etc always smells amazing! I do kinda find it weird that none of the juices that usually come in boxes are not in boxes here and I''ve noticed that some of the workers greet men super happy and smiling but are super short and seem irritated with women. Even a woman in front of me got treated coldly after a dude and the cashier got done giggling. I''ve noticed that everytime I come in, kinda feels like you''re an inconvenience. But other than that 👍
they have a really good selection of products. staff is always friendly and helpful. absolutely recommend!
Ok so first time in here the girl was very patient with as i didn''t bring my glasses lol! she was very nice! They have a good choice of flavor''s to choose from! and good brands too! Bought 2 lets see how it goes! I''ve waisted so much money on vapes from other store''s! Hope I''ve found a store i can come back too!

Every single time I go into cosmic smoke shop I am greeted with warm hellos! Everything is well organized and clean. All of the employees are always nice. Emilee in particular takes pride in her knowledge and has a great personality. She answered every question I had and helped me find the best bang for my buck! I am still learning everything and she helped me figure out what setup would work best for me going through lots of different products and I really appreciated that. Keep being great and thank you for having employees like Emilee!!
