Strange people working there , when i asked them did you do delivery they told me yes , but always when I trying to order they told me we can’t do deliver and even told me the reason , Ig guess this scam place with no honor people
The staff in the front needs to be replaced. They are very homophobic and make fun of the customers that come in. This is not how this businesses should operate especially in Forest Hills. Please do not shop there.
They sold me some ancient pod. I bought the strawberry phix pods a couple of days ago because the ones I ordered didn''t come in yet. The one on the right is the one from the shop on the left is the ones I had shipped. Both strawberry. Same brand. As you can see the brand had redesigned the pods as well a while back about two years ago. They haven''t been a square shape since if I am correct 2017. Plus look at the liquid. It''s super dark. Just for a few puffs both my husband and I could taste it was off and both of us ended up with horrible headaches. I have been using phix for 3 years and never had a reaction to it like that. I hate when stores can''t keep track of their inventory. Plus at most older pods should just lose flavor a bit. The fact it is so dark and I can''t even begin to describe the taste of it I can only imagine this has to be quite old. And according to phix like I said flavor should only decline after a year. These pods must be at least 2 years old and who knows if they were even stored properly. Wish I had the receipt to return them. What a waste of $27 I''m really upset about this situation. I have to remember to always order in advance from electric tobacconist. Cheaper and always new and fresh. Update: tried to go again and give benefit of doubt since there are good reviews and this time they overcharged. They were advertising one price for a vape but charged me extra and then tried to tell me it was the tax. When I asked for receipt it showed they charged a higher price. When I said so they said it was correct but the price on shelf is old. How is it that you ha e an old price ? You don''t take it down or change it. They said yeah you right but didn''t offer to refund the overcharge and they made no attempt to remove the so called wrong price which btw I know that this brand sells it at that price as a set price. They are overcharging to keep things in their pocket. So if you go make sure to check price and always ask for receipt. I don''t know how they have 4 stars rating.
Just checked my credit card statement and noticed that I was double charged for the same item twice in the last two weeks alone. I’m disputing these charges with my CC and taking my business elsewhere. This place is full of scammers buyers beware. Once I have paper copy of the statement I’ll be paying them a visit.
They are not a 24 hr store I took a whole cab in the cold got to the store for it to be closed and turned away don’t know how google has this a 24 hr store and it isn’t waste of my money and time
