These guys are honest people. I’ve done business with them plenty of times and would recommend them. They are patient and are so helpful, just let them know what you need and they’ll do anything to fulfill that.
I love this vape shop! I do all of my purchases online cause I live in Utah and they have been the best! The flavors are all delicious, prices are fair and best of all, the customer service is amazing! All of my orders arrive quickly and I love the extra goodies they always throw in. Best juices and best service. Love these guys!
I had given Como Vapor a critical review based on the high prices. The owner responded and ,since he cared, decided to give them a second chance. Though the price is higher, they have A LOT no other store had in stock and the employees were polite and ARE knowledgeable, NO OTHER local store had anything i wanted or needed. A experience at aqueous proved 1 employee ignorant by claiming he knew the right way to assemble a product when it was in fact the wrong way. Not to bash aqueous but its important to make sure your employees do not act like they know something when they do not and the result could have harmed me and my mod on top of not working. If your impatient and willing to pay for convenience and quality like me, Como Vapor wont waste your time or steer you anywhere but the couches to enjoy your vape.
The staff at Como Vapor are always very helpful. They are knowledgeable about the products you sell, and don''t try to get you to buy the most expensive item, instead, they steer you towards what they think will he best for you and what they have had the best experience with. Highly recommend!
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS BUSINESS! They have poor customer service and if you buy a product from them and it’s broke or defective some how , they WILL NOT replace it or do anything! We spent well over $100 buying different flavored smokers, came home opened them all and one of them was continuing burning after you had took a hit. So it’s obviously a manufacture defect, took it back to the store thinking we could get it replaced because we obviously didn’t want to keep it and it blow up in our face or something. Well we were told “too bad”, because we “should have opened the product there in the store after buying it.” We were never told to do that in the first place and then to tell us “sorry to hear that” when telling them AND SHOWING them the defected product. I personally had been there a few other times buying smokers and I never knew that you needed to open the product up in the store in case it’s broke for them to replace it or help you at all with it. I won’t ever go back to this business and give them any of my business again and you should not either! Especially since there are other shops in town…
