The woman that works here is an absolute gem. Such a lovely shop, with wonderful staff and a large selection. My only place for vapes!

There are like 4 vape shops in the 2 block area. Even though there is a small amount of language barrier with one of the guys that work there, I choose this place because both of the guys( I''m not sure which one actually owns the place) are honorable businessman that do not deal in counterfeit goods and can be counted on to keep things honest. I was accidentally given some vape juice in the wrong nic strength. Came back the next day with the unopened merchandise and no receipt. They didn''t even question me but made an even exchange. All that plus they always have the components I''m looking for. The shop is clean, well organized and brightly illuminated. Most importantly you don''t leave with that feeling you get with the other places that are run by snobby elitist kids. The only reason I dont give five stars is the small communication issue. Would recommend to anyone vaping smok gear.
I''ve visited here multiple times to buy wraps and/or BLKs. Since I need replacement coils for my dab vape that I haven''t used in a year, I decided to see if you carry coils. It seems like you do. But is it safe to spend my money at your store? EVERY review that I read involving an unhappy customer resulted in they contacted the store about their problem, and the store employee told them that they''re on their own. So they put an unhappy review on Google. And ONLY AFTER the store received a bad review, the store offered to fix the problem. Which makes me scared to do business with your company. Because if I have an issue with a product, and I waste the time and money to bring it all the way back to the store, I''m gonna get a rude response and denied a solution to the problem. Then I''ll have to write a bad review, wait on someone to read and respond to me, then I''d have to come all the way back to the store a third time to resolve the issue. I don''t have that kind of time to waste on terrible customer service. Maybe you need to learn how to improve your problem solving BEFORE someone leaves a bad review. Because I''m sure I''m not the only person turned off from how you conduct business at your store...
