  Really nice selection of vapes/glass. The people who work there provide excellent customer service and have great suggestions and advice on everything. I really like this shop a lot, they certainly have a customer for life! Really pleased with the value, knowledge, and welcoming attitude.

  I see you changed people over here also. 1 star for the way you dismissed your employees. I usually go to Cloud 9 in Loganville, and see my guy Tony. But I was in the area of Grayson/ Lawrenceville so I thought I try this store. I was greeted with a smile and served by Ana, (beautiful girl/beautiful soul) she gave me over the top customer service, and her knowledge of products was very helpful in making my decisions. Thank you Ana, I will be back! (Update) Ana is no longer here. Hopefully we will find Ana at another vape star nearby.

  I will continue to shop at cloud 9 as this is my favorite store. Everyone is else at the store is super nice except for the morning lady Alissa. I have had problems with her multiple times with her just being irrational and rude to customers that aren’t just me. i changed my phone number and needed my account switched to my new number and she also messed that up resulting in me loosing my reward points. overall good experience but she just needs to get it together.

  Cloud 9 is an amazing smoke shop with great inventory and prices. Today was my 3rd visit in 3 weeks. The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. Mitchell was extremely helpful and the reason why this is now my go to smoke shop in the Grayson area. Definitely check out the amazing sodas!
