i got a new water pipe today he said i could freeze it so i came home hit it a few times poured the water out and then tried to freeze it and it broke on me one of the employees told me that there is no way that would of happened that easy pretty much told me, I was a liar horrible customer service, and even worse products he told me he would give me 50% off and I told him that that is not fair and I should get a refund of my money or a new water pipe he told me no so here i am this is not usual something i do it’s 50$ and the customer should always be right period That’s not how a company should be ran. If I could give less than one star i would don’t go there i will take this down if you take care of your customers like you should i will also get every one i know to post a bad review
