Has very wonderful employees very nice and very helpful employees, love the merchandising and products, the store always looks nice and clean definitely recommend going and buying things there.
Apparently under new management. Took a major hit to customer service and interaction. Prices are going way up as well. This was my last time ever going here. Customer service and value are far better at Head Hunters in Port Issabel... used to come here for the awesome manager and good prices... was told today that it was all going away. Watch your pockets and find a place that treats you right. I''d rather drive to SPI then drop another dime here.
Liz is a great manager, always smiling and very welcoming. I prefer this cloud 9 over any because of white glove service
This shop is well stocked, i highly recommend. Steve O is the best, customer service from this guy is over the top. Only two issues: the others besides Steve O do not follow the same quality and the Shop closes earlier than scheduled time.

Girl who assisted me was nice but the manager was terrible. Just lost a customer of 1 year. Refused to give me a different vape when they tell you to try them before you leave. Tried the vape it was immediately dead, they partially charged it so they could prove it worked and it showed the juice in the vape was already at 71%. The manager stated “I’m sure it’s not at 71%, I can guarantee you it’s not” and walked away. The vape is literally reading 71%!! Will never go here again. Will make sure friends and coworkers also do not go here. Scam of an establishment.
