  The first thing that caught my eye when I walked in the store was the great glass selection. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. They have a good variety of disposables as well which is what I went there for and the prices were surprisingly good. Excited to come back and buy a new glass piece!

  They have good stuff and i used to drive 45 mins to get the hookah flavors and coal. Today when I wanted to exchange an item they were only giving me the other product for half of the original value. I wanted to exchange a box of magic coal (costs 18$) and the store keeper refused the fair exchange saying the shop doesn’t exchange or return. You lost a customer today.

  Bought a $30 disposable vape that was supposed to deliver 2600 puffs. I tested in the store, but after 2 days the light started blinking and the battery died.. I only got maybe 100 puffs out of 2600. I went back to the store to see if they could work with me as, though I tested in the store, the vape stopped working shortly after. I''m a very regular customer that drops about $100 there at very least, twice a month. While I was there to see if they would work with me on the faulty product so I didn''t lose $30, I was also there to drop close to $800 on a electric dab set up. Well, they refused to work with me at all with th dysunctional project or come to any sort of comprises and...they blamed me for not coming in sooner, I work over forty hours a week, and told me I was just out the money...so, I took my business elsewhere and bought an $800 dollar machine at Lake City Smoke instead. Unfortunately for City Smoke, they lost a lot of money, a regular customer, and a good spender simply because they wouldn''t work with me on a $30 pen...so I hope the $30 they saved is worth the the $740 they lost on top of all the money I spent their regularly as I will not take my business there again. Tip for the owner, maybe work with your regulars and the people that spend a lot of money there instead of treat them like there trying to pull one over on you when there not. I will be referring my friends and clients to Lake City smoke shop as they have better selection, more reasonable people willing to work with you even if you tested in the store and it worked, but malfunctions soon after, and honor returns on faulty products with receipt. Sorry City Smoke, you lost some good business.‍ ‍🤷🏼‍♀️

  This place has great prices, cool glass, and awesome staff! I met Jen today and she was very helpful and sweet. Supporting family-owned business is important to me and this is a great place to shop! :) I highly recommend
