Just left the shop, the door was locked but all the signs say open. I called three times- no answer. Non existent customer service, and confusing hours. Why say open and have all the lights on if you''re closed at 545 pm??

City Smoke Shop is THE spot in Providence! The vibe is great, they have a broad supply of products, and the staff are always super chill and guide you to whatever you’re looking for!

I just came in the store and Nick and Dave were super welcoming and nice!! Great to talk to and they helped me pick the perfect piece!! Will definitely come back, they’re awesome! 😄😄👍🏽
