I’ve been coming to this shop for over a year, the employees have always been really knowledgeable and helpful. I haven’t seen any of those guys for a while, but these Indian/Pakistani guys or whatever don’t know anything about their products, don’t have good customer service skills, and are too busy talking on the phone to help. Time to find a new shop to go to.
I was looking for a gift for a friend and I was pleasantly surprised when I walked thru their door. They had what seemed like an endless supply of everything that you may be looking for. I patiently waited for the emp Piyush to explain to the customer ahead of me, exactly what they were looking for. He took the time to explain to them the differences from what they had and what he offered. Piyush helped me find the exact item I was looking for, he even helped me find the other accessories that made my gift that much more personal. Thank you Piyush, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for the right products.
Watch out they sell products that they are not educated on and definitely defective I went in to try to get the issue fixed three times but was met with attitude and poor customer service and the guys who sold the product to me where no longer there I have a account with them and they could clearly see it then ask to speak to the manager was told no it’s his off day and that he would scream at him so this is poor customer service at its worst and also was told that I could get the item exchanged if it was any other issues but clearly this place doesn’t care at all I’m so disappointed in these small business owners because they want our support but are not willing to help resolve the issues and wonder why consumers go elsewhere
Great customer service! Mr. Piyush (owner) was very passionate about all his locations and having top of the line merchandise available. We spoke while Mr. Shaggy took the time to rebuild my wife''s vape. I felt very comfortable and welcomed (And I''m not even a smoker LOL)
Sold me faulty a 510 battery and wouldn''t even exchange it. They acknowledged it didn''t work but wouldn''t make it right. I used the vape twice within a week. Wouldn''t recommend coming here. Said same day exchange only.
