Wow, just wow! Are zero stars an option? Absolutely terrible customer service! I came in on Father''s Day at 8:12pm and this place listed 9pm close. The owner was on the phone when I arrived, so I asked him to point to the vapes and would let him know when I was ready. He was irritated from the get go and while still on the phone 🤦🏾♀️ followed my every move (in other words, eye movement) since they''re all in the same spot. He had no knowledge of the vapes and wouldn''t let me hold the box to read and find out. After buying 2, I tested the first vape which was terrible and swapped it for a different brand. While looking, he sighed super loud and stated he closed at 8:30pm pointing to his clock that read 8:18pm. I told him it said 9pm online and was ready to walk out at this point so I quickly found a different vape to exchange. On the first purchase when he asked for my ID, I said sure thing and while getting my wallet from my purse, he practically yelled for my ID and I calmly said I know, it''s in my purse as you can see. I''m super laid-back but not afraid to speak up practically when being someone''s punching bag for no reason. The ONLY reason I didn''t entertain to this harassment is that my dad died on Father''s Day 3 years ago and I''d been crying for 2 days straight and wanted to keep the high from getting myself out of the house for the first time all weekend. This guy is unbelievable! What a joke and his vapes sucked. They lasted about a week, were overpriced and had no flavor. My boyfriend said the one I got him broke after a few days too. Never again! Save your $ folks and go somewhere else.
Bad customer service... attendant harrassed me the entire time I was in the store, gave me the wrong product, and was very rude in the way he spoke to me. Won’t be going back. Update: It’s been a couple years so I thought I’d go back and try it out again. I had to search what their vape juice flavors were because the attendant didn’t know at all. He also didn’t know the price of the bottles of vape juice, and asked me for the ‘usual price’, and then one of the items I paid for was wrong. If I could change my review to less than one star, I would.
Asked if the vape cartridge i was buying worked with the one I told him I owned. Repeated the question 3 times to make sure I didn''t buy the wrong cartridge.... Name brand stuff. Wrong. They don''t work together. Same problems with their CBD products. The guy acted like he knew exactly what I was looking for and even with me asking specifically what a product is for, the guy straight up lies. Not cheap stuff either! Learned a lesson, and will not be back
Horrible customer service they sell broken items don''t offer refunds or exchanges. You sold me a broken electronic cigarrette not only wasn''t broken it was the wrong flavor . I asked for a vanilla you sig with nicotine and I walked out and I noticed it said 0 nicotine so I went back and he goes here is a white grape when I got home and I noticed it was meant all and also it did not work I went back with my receipt and he would not exchange it for another wine horrible customer service badd business will never go here again
