This location is my absolute favorite. Brittany and Rachel make sure my day starts right and knows my daily drink order by heart. I will go out of my way to visit this Chiefs location because I know the service will always be above and beyond. There are some mornings where the note on my cup gives me that extra burst of happiness I need to start my day. Wish I could give more than 5 stars
I''ve been going to this cheifs with my mom since i was a little kid. Back then the employees were the nicest people i met. Today i decided to go to chiefs so i can get a drink because its hot outside. We decided to drive to the second window since the line was all the way to the street. As this was happening they was occupanning 6-8 cars behind us as this girl with straight blonde hair saw us at this window. We waited some more i knocked on the window no answer. We drove to the front i got out the car and went to the walk up window and to this girl with brown and a blonde strip in her hair and lashes told her what happened off the bat she was already rude was talking to coworkers and laughing bout the situation being unprofessional within your work place the manager was a lil bit better but she was smirking bout the situation while the other girl was taling rude to me saying i was buh i used the same tone throughout because thats the way i talked while she proceeded to roll her eyes every 30 sec or so they ruined years of experience at cheifs bc the workers now are completely unprofessional and the customer service was jus utterly trash im sorry for taking up your time hope you have an amazing day.
The girls are always so friendly and have positive energy! Thank you for opening earlier, in the summer I like to get my errands run super early before the heat sets in for the day!
The girls in the morning are ALWAYS super nice an get you in an out really fast I love going there!!!!! My favorite place to shop!!!!
