This place is never open when they say they will be. I’ve consistently gone here a few mornings in a row before work, to get an elf bar, and they are never open when their signs/online presence say they’re supposed to be. This is so frustrating, and incredibly unprofessional. Luckily, there are quite a few places nearby which carry better products as well as have better business practices. Highly recommend the vape store on KK next to Colectivo. Much better experience, much better owner, better selection, more knowledgeable AND always open according to postings.
A very kind man who runs this location. We talked pet adoption today. Elmbrook Humane Society has a nice selection today.
I have got to know- what in the world are your hours…cause what? Rando closing all the time when you’re open according to the internet and the sign on your door. First world problems, yes, but infuriating nonetheless.

You’d be lucky if they are open when you get there. On tile of that, they barely have vapes much less the good ones. The guy doesn’t even know how to explain the difference between the stuff they sale. Like I said they barely have anything worth buying. If you need a bale kit or accessories go somewhere else. Smoke X is a great spot and another in Oak Creek but I don’t remember the name tho.
