  It’s an OK store but if you buy a broken vape and try it out in the store and realize it’s broke in front of them they’ll give u a hard time & Won’t let you return it if you pay with a card. The vape I wanted was the last one of that kind and I had to argue about it being broken for one (couldn’t even hit it) and then I couldn’t get my money back, they just gave me a replacement that’s a completely different vape. If it was the same one I wanted to spend my money on, I would not care, but making someone spend money on something they don’t want because you don’t do returns is crazy Especially when something is broken & vapes cost so much. I know you can’t return stuff at all after you leave the store, but I never leave b4 trying bc of this & they acted like I was the problem for not wanting to spend $50 on something broken. If you buy anything from there, just pay in cash, so you can get a refund because all vape stores have broken products that they will unethically try to sell you. The people that work there are generally nice but i rather drive further to a store that wont try to gaslight me into buying something broken

  Nicole is the most knowledgeable person at the this store. Her personality makes customers return to this store frequently. There no other store I would go to for tobacco / CBD products. I been going here 2 years since it opened and Nicole has had every answer for any question about any product in the store. 10 / 10.

  Super neat store, the worker Nikki is always helpful with a smile on her face. Everything is priced fair and organized. Go out of my way to visit this store!

  I’ve moved all the way towards Carolina Beach and I’ll still drive out to Castle Hayne to get what I need. The customer service is amazing and Nikki is always so helpful to find me what I’m needing.
