  The owners are very friendly, professional, helpful, and provide outstanding service. My favorite smoke shop in Rochester. Because it''s the best smoke shop in Rochester.They do something a lot of businesses don''t do any more, and treat their customers like they are happy they are there. If I could, I would give them 10 stars!!! Went in again and they were awesome, as usual! I can’t wait until 4/20! The new store looks beautiful! I love it. They are still so helpful, understanding and respectful! I wish they have many prosperous years ahead!

  I will only come to this smoke shop now. First of all, the owners are great!!! They are so accommodating and helpful. The shop is always soooo clean and they have everything I need. A fun atmosphere! Owners are professional and very kind, down to earth people! I love this shop. Around Christmas they do really cute smoke trays where they mix and match smoking items or you can custom make one and they wrap it for you I love it!!! Overall, 10 stars!
