Alex left a bad taste in my mouth about the business. First time in this smoke shop and won''t be returning. Alex didn''t feel as though he wanted to help or liked his job. I didn''t feel welcomed. He was very rude and not very helpful.
IF I COULD ID LEAVE NO STARS! I remember Alex from Tips smoke shop i’m very surprised to see him working in any other smoke shop after the encounters with him previously. He continues to poison the shops with his negativity and bad personality and extremely rude customer service. A smoke shop is supposed to be welcoming where i can get my needs but Alex makes that almost impossible as he never greets anyone and gives the wrong items when asked for things specifically. i will not return to this location as long as he is there.
I went in to get ocb cones & Alex had a really nasty attitude since the moment I walked in no greeting. He was sitting down seemed bothered to work. I showed him my ID and he was still very rude, I did mention to him if he knew he is customer service and he said yes homie but he didn’t like my energy. I asked him nicely to not call me homie he told me I was weird and that I was an embarrassment, I know myself so I walked out. Never ever going back there again. Worst smoke shop experience ever. Then I went to Herb’N legends and that was so refreshing they were supper amazing!!
This smoke shop is excellent!!! The selection of items was vast and the customer service superb!!! Alexander helped me set up my pen and was extremely kind and helpful. I will definitely be going back and recommend this place for all your smoking needs!!!
Alex was super super rude to my friend that stopped by simply asking for a product, he was acting like because he was the employee he knew better even though my friend has a long experience with working at a smoke shop run by the same owner. Alex said wouldn’t get fired so he wasn’t worried about being rude. Definitely never shopping there and am going to tell my friends not to shop there as well.
