I came in to just look around for a minute, as I recently had a great experience in their NC store, but I ended up staying for over an hour because the selection and service was so good. The glassware is amazing and worth seeing alone! The staff was so personable, knowledgeable, and just a delight to interact with! The illuminated light saber glass piece they had was soooooooooo cool!
Excellent shop! Alex and the entire team are incredibly welcoming every visit, and have the widest array of unique product from major brands to smaller “local” made artisan offerings. Get here now!
John’s customer service is fantastic. Helped me find the product I needed and explained it thoroughly. This is the most aesthetically pleasing store in Richmond. Best products, best employees. I highly recommend.

This is an actual Head Shop for all, with wonderful glass pipes, jewelry and accessories for all your heady needs. The staff is great. Especially Billy. He''s dreamy 😉 🤣 They also have cigars. I don''t know anything about them. Surely, they''re excellent if that''s your thing.
