Bad Business. Never shopping here ever again. They sold me non working charcoal.( I did everything to light it) Lady recommended me to buy it. How you can push someone to buy something so trashy. I should stay with my well known smoke shop that I be going to instead. I thought a night in town nd stopping for a lil grab and go but ruin my whole celebration vibes. They say no refund or exchange. Like I understand I did buy it but y’all sold a non working product. For anyone who wanna shop here just be cautious.
You downtown people out here getting SCAMMED. I''ve been to 50+ vape stores in CLT and surrounding areas. Cali vapors charges $40 for a 0.3g D8 vape. If u really want good D8 products go to literally any vape store on park road and it''ll be a better experience as well. Plus this "member only" hookah bar is a scam y''all falling for just buy a damn hookah and flavor its not hard
Were nice but sold us a bottle of vape juice with a Best Buy date of 2021 and then didn’t answer the phone when I called to make them aware. I noticed the date when he commented about it tasting bad.
I’ve never had a negative experience at this shop. Every person gives great suggestions, especially Alex. He does a great job of explaining every product I ask about and giving great suggestions without making me feel sold to. If you want a good variety to choose from and great customer service, this is the place.
I was passing through town and stopped in. The setup was clean and had an outstanding amount of options. Marissa was super helpful and quick to make me feel welcome in unfamiliar territory. I will stop in again on my way back through town just to say hi if not grab a few more items!
