Worst customer experience. Nick was extremely rude, impatient, and was unwilling to help. I came in to inquire about a few products and asked a number of basic questions. Nick was arrogant and spoke with me as if I was stupid, simply because I was uninformed and had questions. Shopped here for years and will never come back. I''ve referred about a dozen of other people to this place and they will stop shopping here, too.

Walked in about 15 mins before closing time and wasn''t sure what I really wanted or what they had in their store. The gentleman, Mike, who was working was so helpful and patient. He stayed open for us and didn''t rush me at all. He was very knowledgeable and I ended up getting everything I wanted....and he gave me a great deal!

This is my local neighborhood smoke shop, and I love the atmosphere here. Super friendly staff that knows what they''re doing. If you have any questions they almost always have an answer, if not it feels like a learning experience together. They always have the new flavors of e cigs before other shops and are always in stock...I never really have to worry about my flavor running out.
