Friendly and helpful staff. They seem to have almost every type of smoking or vapor product you can think of with a wide range of variety. Very spacious and good selection of options for smoking connoisseurs.
One of the best selections of cigar in BK. Decently priced. My top 2 favorite smoke they had. Couldn’t believe it most BS smoke shops don’t even carry Padrons. Was surprised when I first walked in and saw hookah’s all over was gunna walk right out. Definitely surprised and pleased. Definitely be back there.
Beware! I bought an Airbar Box vape and it was fake. It was odd that the guy who sold me this vape asked me to try it in-store first. I''m assuming they''ve ran into problems selling this product before, thats why he asked me to try it in store, but I was in a rush and left. After the first 3 pulls the tip started burning every time I inhaled. Then I got zapped. I went back and asked kindly for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to take another one. I didn''t want to take a replacement out of fear that it will have the same issue. I then found out that many merchants are selling fake Airbars. I sill don''t understand why they refused to give me a refund. Thankfully, I paid with card and was able to call my credit card company and cancel the transaction. Shame on this place. Update after reply. It was your store, I have the correct address. If you claim you sell original products, why not just refund me and take it up with the supplier. BTW I forgot to mention that I did try to scan the QR code and it didn''t work. This is another reason why I knew this was a fake product. Why couldn''t you just refund me? I literally came back like 5 min after purchasing despite me being in a rush. I knew I had to come back right with hopes to get this resolved. Unfortunately, you guys don''t know how to take care of your customers. What kind of company denies a refund for a damaged product, 5 minutes after purchase?
Lie about their prices. Have been there twice for juul pods and got charged 50% different prices each time. Don’t believe the cost stickers as they upcharge you at the counter.
Cigars are dry. I asked to use the hole puncher for a Cigar I purchased from them and the cigar cracked when I punched the hole. I asked to replace it and was told no and I should be careful! Don’t waste your time. Update: I was there as there are no other cigar shops in the area. Spent 50 dollars. Told the worker about my past experience. He told me I shouldn’t do that because they get in trouble. He then insulted me with a three dollar lighter despite the fact that I requested a report cigar.
