Love this place! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and just plain awesome. They have good prices, but that''s not the point. I can get my coils and vape juice somewhere else, but I always go here because I like to support local businesses, especially those that treat their customers so well. They have a huge selection of stuff, priced well. Don''t waste your time dealing with other shady places.
First of all, I’m a very picky customer in general. I have very specific likes and dislikes that most associates don’t take the time to figure out. Carrie at the Burn outlet, off of Highway 6, will listen to all your wants and needs until you leave her store with a smile. An expert on everything there, she provided me with the best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I am now a customer for life because of her. They have so many options as well and I was impressed with their selection of pretty much all products. Make sure you ask for Carrie, she is an absolute delight, knowledgeable, and extremely welcoming.
