Don’t go here. I’ve been buying vapes here for about 2-3 years since it’s close to my work, my coworkers as well. Today I went in and bought one, went outside and tried it. Had a burnt coil, first complaint EVER..I take it back inside and they refused to replace it or nothing.. “ohhh it lights up”..any other place will. They don’t even have many good brands anyways. I will not come here ever again ,neither will my 2 coworkers. This is not how you run a business.
Will no longer be supporting due to horrible company leadership. The products are good but not unique, there are plenty of other businesses doing it better in and outside the store. It’s clear no one at the top knows how to run a business and only cares about themselves. Wouldn’t recommend as a consumer or employee, run!
Whenever I am on this side of town, I always stop by this store. It has always been my experience that the employees are friendly and helpful. Whenever you are nearby, I recommend stopping by.
This location is always clean, staff is always friendly greeting every single customer as the come in. And they always seem to have what you need in stock. Hands down my favorite location!!
Firstly Customer Service was over the top, as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted by 3 or more welcoming smiles! The ladies behind the counter were more than knowledgeable and had no problem explaining individual products and the benefits they provide. I''m from out of town, but if local this shop would be for me! Prices fair.
