Beautiful lady educated me on some new items and her supervisor/coworker really impressed me tonight. They ID me after shaving my beard even though I look younger! They always ID me and they are very smart about their customers and younger teenagers getting ahold of nicotine at Westlake highschool and lehi highschool.
ALYSA IS SO SWEET! Doesn’t matter what kind of day im having, i walk through those doors and her kindness radiates in the whole store. Eager to find what you need, and happy to help no matter if its 2 min to close or right before she takes hers lunch. Always look forward to seeing her!
Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just all around great service even when you''re the first person in the morning, or the last at night. Amazing prices and sales, they''ll always treat you like you''re more than your wallet. I will only go here, I''ve gone to the other smoke shop near by (for me) and this place has the same merchandise for cheaper. Lasts forever (at least the kind I get).
This place is great. Awesome selection of products and their vapor wall will keep you entertained non stop. Plus the prices are very competitive.

I refuse to go here anymore. Every time I’ve gone here I’ve been disappointed. The last time I was in I bought a vape, went home and the vape would just run and burn through liquid even after I stopped inhaling. I went back in and the guy who sold it to me said there is nothing he can do. So I bought another vape, This time I took it home and after the battery died, I charged it. Apparently the wall charger burns out the vape. So I took it back in and the guy said he couldn’t help me with the replacement again because I didn’t have a receipt. He was the guy that helped me and he didn’t give me a receipt. He also didn’t tell me that I needed to use a low-voltage charger Until after I came in, wondering why my vape broke . So basically they will sell you a broken vape Not give you a not give you a receipt and then not do anything when you confront them about purchasing it from them. All continue to go somewhere else where I won’t get scammed.
