  The shop itself isn''t bad, it''s a particular employee. There''s a male that works there in the afternoons/evenings with a disgusting attitude. He was extremely rude and judgmental towards me for needing CBD oil for social anxiety. He had an attitude whenever I''d ask for prices till it got to the point I won''t even go there when he''s there. Heavy set guy with hair to his shoulders. Other than that the lollipops are ok.

  I purchased a vaporizer which turned out to have a faulty battery. I returned to the store the following day with my receipt for an exchange and was told I had to come back after 5:00 PM when the owner is there. I asked the employee to contact the owner and when she called it went to Voicemail. I was able to contact the owner and he is a liar. he said he will speak with the employee and call me back. He was more concerned about how I got him number. I’m still waiting for his call. This owner is stealing customers money to feed his family. He stole my money and his business is selling items that are faulty with no clear return or exchange policy. Please take your business elsewhere.Thus, this business has no intregrity and I am filing a complaint with the BBB. I see that other people have experience what I went through and it is not good business practices. Horrible experience!

  Been here a few times. The entire staff is fantastic. The selection is great and the staff, especially Michael, is very knowledgeable. They take their time to explain the inventory and help my wife and I make the right choice every time.

  The shop has a good selection and previously had a good experience, but lately theres been a chubby girl in there that has a bad attitude and is always FaceTiming bothered by anyone that walks in the store to interrupt her convo. This has happened several times. Oh and if you don’t have an ID she won’t sell you not even a lighter even if you are 50 and is your last death wish. She shouldn’t work there, she is messing up such a potential great store.

  Horrible costumer service and doesn’t know the age restriction of buying a non Tobacco/ nicotine product. I went there to buy some papers and they told me I have to be 21 years of age in order to purchase it. If you check the law of NY state and New York City it says you can buy Non-tobacco shisha, herbal cigarettes, pipes, rolling papers or smoking paraphernalia can be sold to people under age 21, but sales of these products are still prohibited to those under 18 years old. I strongly wont suggest going to this place. Just go somewhere else if you looking for great costumer service and someone that actually knows the law.
