I take my mom here every month and sometimes twice a month they have always been very nice, but today I went inside for my mom and I had her on the phone. The lady that''s missing teeth told me if I came in and buy a 16oz bag of tobacco you get a box of free tubes she said any box free well I was going to buy a cheaper box of tubes also. The older lady said I couldn''t do that. She wanted me to pay for the more expensive one so I said I will just put the cheaper one back she got mad and told me to leave the store she was so disrespectful I will never take my mom back to this store.
My first time in store was Sept. 9th 2023, awesome customer service.
I usually love this place and stop in at least 3 times a week. I don''t write bad reviews and hate to this because most of the time I get great service. And all the ladies are super sweet. But today I went thru purchased 2 packs of cigarettes and it cost me $26 instead of the $13.64 it originally costs. All because the lady claimed my card declined even tho my phone and bank alerted me to the purchase which I tried to show the rude woman who worked the window. She rolled her eyes and pretty much told me it wasn''t her problem. So from now on I''ll be purchasing my cigarettes elsewhere.
Went to buy cigarettes 9-18-21! At 11:30 am! First off this is not the first time this has happened! Today they would not take credit cards for cigarettes! And they would not sell lottery ticket ~ had cash! The woman who waited on me and and several times before , will not do lottery tickets! I buy them there regularly but the one lady will not do lottery tickets! Just wanted you to be aware that this could be a loss for your store! Seems like she don’t know how to do it and just says we are not doing that today!

Every time I go the customer service is great! Very professional! I find my Marlboros the cheapest here! Plus they have the convenience of a drive thru!
