4 stars only for the limited selection of products. I''m sure once this place starts to grow this wont be an issue. I especially like that they offer to let you try the pens right there, just to make sure they worked. I had a bad experience with an other shop nearby where i felt awkward trying it inside the store so i went to my car. Well needless to say he said that as soon as i step outta the store there was no refunds or exchanges. The same can be said for here by the way but still is nice they offer. So yeah great customer service, decent selection would come back.
Friendly staff. What more can I say? They may not always have what I need but they''ll do their best to help me. I definitely recommend
We enjoyed shopping at this smoke shop. Vegas was helpful and knew about every product. Prices were extremely reasonable. Shop was organized and clean. This place is a gem 💎. We will be back every time we visit Tampa area.
Don’t get robbed of your money and go to MonkeyHouse or Pokey’s Planet instead. I Went this morning to purchase an ooze battery, she pressed the button once and the light flickered on, I try it as soon as I get out of the store on my cartridge and it doesn’t turn back on. I tell the employee whom just sold it to me no less than 5 min ago and she tells me that she can’t exchange it, mind you I wasn’t asking for my money back, just an exchange for a battery that does work.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I just bought a vape from here and as soon as I got home and tried to take a hit of it, it started blinking. Instead of heading there right away I gave them the benefit of the doubt and put it to charge for about 8 minutes. As soon as I checked on it the vape had leaked all of the juice out and it won’t even hit anymore. I paid about $28 for it and I had just gotten it. Worst of all, these people don’t even have a working number to complain to.
