  Been going there weekly since they opened. They rarely have the E-liquid and coils I use in spite of me asking repeatedly for them to please get it in stock and I would only shop with them. They don''t have a phone so you can''t call and ask so you have to go in to see what they have. Frustrating that customer service is not a priority here. But the employees are very nice and apologetic so they get the stars I gave!

  Easy to find, first time customer & new resident to Merrillville. The store extremely stocked, extremely organized. Staff member friendly & helpful.
