Really trying to give you guys a chance because the employees are so nice but if you can’t keep the product I buy regularly in stock I’ll have to go somewhere else. If something seems to be selling a lot wouldn’t it make sense to start keeping more in stock? Your answer to that is to sell me a new flavor? You push another flavor on me which I may or may not like? I continue to come back in periodically but when your employee “doesn’t know” when you’ll have my vape back in stock you make it very hard. Like I said I like your shop but you’re making it very hard for me To be a regular customer now Kado bars are great but if you can’t keep my flavor in stock what’s the point? Please don’t try to sell me another flavor because if I like that there’s no guarantee you’ll ever have that in stock?
This is hands down the best smoke shop I have been in a long time. They have the biggest selection of water pipes, the best selection of vapes and and the young man that helped me was by far one of the most knowledgeable people I have met when it come to all things smoke and vape related. He really knows his stuff. My boyfriend was impressed with delta 8 products he said he will definitely come back again. But the best thing I saw was the puffco guardian. I have been looking for one and no one had them in the store but Bear Smoke, apparently they are the only place I can actually go in the store and buy it. Bear Smoke you definitely have gained yourself a long time customer. I won''t go anywhere else from now on. I was that impressed with everything from the customer service, to the vast selections, and affordable prices and did I mention the mural on the ceiling, because it was awesome!

My girlfriend and I stopped here today and the guy working there (I believe his name was Gavin) but he was the coolest guy I have met in awhile. Specially in stores. He was friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend ANYONE to shop here.. Matter of fact atleast stop by and see there awesome selection and great customer service that''s hard to find ANYWHERE! We went there around 12:00pm and he really made our day! 🤠
