Rude staff and not knowledgeable on products. My dad was treated poorly by staff working at the store on 8/23 around 4pm. After asking about a particular vape replacement and receiving horrible customer service, my dad told the worker that was no way to treat a costumer. Worker simply replied: “pay, pay.” Of course my dad paid, then told the worker the costumer is always right and worker replied “this is not my store” my dad told him he should not be working there to which he responded- “you should not be shopping here.” My dad left and went to the Azara downtown to purchase the correct vape were he was treated cordially, properly and professionally.
The guy working was friendly and helpful. selection isn’t great and the prices are higher than other places in the area for the same stuff. They don’t have a tobacco license apparently.
Staff was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Store is huge but felt really empty- shelves looked less than half full and the employee said they’re out of stock of a lot of things right now. I went in to get Delta 8/9/10 carts but they didn’t have much selection to choose from. The employee did have me test both disposable vapes before leaving which was appreciated. I’ve had great experiences at Azara’s in Eau Claire and La Crosse so it was really surprising to see so much empty space and such little selection. I wouldn’t go here again or recommend this location because of the few options
The people that work inside are truly amazing people they helped me get the right product for my health condition and on top of that they have great conversations I’ll always shop there if they stay. I made friends, Thanks guys honestly.
their products are not priced. having to ask the employee what price something is for every item is really irritating. employee stared at me the entire time i was there, did not seem to want to help me, and asked multiple times if ''that will be all?'' like... are you trying to get me to buy less? some basic stuff is pretty overpriced. i expect a margin to be put on top of online prices of course. but for it to be double the price online for the same product? like ill just shop online...
