  Came in on Sunday and the lady working there was on the phone until another customer came in. She was very nice but the conversation she was having on the phone was very unprofessional. She also didn’t ID me which could’ve been very bad if an undercover worker was sent in there. UPDATE: I believe her ethnicity was Mexican, and she seemed to be a younger gal. It was Sunday September 3rd between 5-6pm I was there.

  Hey yall 👋 We went to 🍏A.V. Smoke Shop A couple of times, but we never Experienced a trip like this one. Soooo 😁 I wanted to make a detailed review for yall with pics 📷 💯🙌 Soooo First off the Clerk Anaya 🤗 she was Very Professional, Helpful and she knew about the products very well & not making us feel rushed which is really appreciated especially when there is alot to choose from🙌 so we Thankyou again for the Best Customer Service we''ve had in a minute🙏😁💯 Soooo anywhooo 😆back to it😁 At 🍏A.V Smoke Shop You can find alot alot lol 😆 💯 From a variety of lighters, rolling papers, Raw products, Cookie products, bang products, hookah products, tobacco products, bongs, glass pipes, hats beanies socks, incense many choices, Cbd in many forms ect ect.. you can also find drinks many varieties 💯🙌 they also have Great Prices not overly expensive but not too cheap if you know what I mean😁 If you zoom into the photos you can see alot of what they sell as well 😁so yall I Highly Recommend stopping by and giving them a try & find your as we Say...   Claimed days ago to have refunded me after double charging our cards. I''m now owed $65 from this store. I was charged over $120... I came in and he swore it would drop off.. well it went from pending to a full charge..never dropped off. Now I had to reorder new cards and everything........ and still where is my money? My bank filed dispute. This is a mess. No number to call? Terrible customer service. 😑

  Fantastic service Love having this shop as my go to, from the friendly faces to the amazing selection of glass tools and accessories, it is definitely one of the best. An employee named Daniel helped me find exactly what I needed and really made shopping easy and cheap!
