  They sold me a broken wulf micro plus vape that cost me 25 bucks. They didn’t give me a receipt and I tried to get it worked for a week and then it broke completely. I called to see if they could replace it and the guy on the phone was super rude and not helpful at all. This experience totally sucks because, I always get my smoke products from this place but because of a $25 vape I won’t be spending any more money here. Super unprofessional.. Don''t shop here. 👎

  This was a great experience with a smoke shop owner ☺️ and I enjoyed the entire experience! I was like a kid in a toy store! So much to see! You really have to spend time in there and look around! Lots of new items for what ever your pleasure! Excellent customer service and very personal! If you want something "special" they can help you with the creation or finding it! Just need to use your "inside words". Be courteous and respectful. Say the wrong thing and they have no choice but to ask you to the door.

  The 2 clowns that work together are toxic and talk about very heinous and inappropriate conversations right in front of customers. The atmosphere is negative, everything from glasswear to vapes and product is very over priced. This store is not what it used to be. Dylan is the only responsible and respectful employee and usually always works a lone. He was the only reason I''ve spent money here for the past 2 years.

  James, Dillon and Joey are the best! I always feel welcomed when i go there! They order my stuff in a timely manner when i nd it! This is by far my favorite smoke shop in town!

  So I just called these guys and asked for a replacement of a ZICO torch that I literally bought last night this posting the next morning ....have not used it much and it stopped working and they were very quick to refuse a replacement because it is not a warranty Torch I have loved this smoke shop prior to this they were my go too shop since I moved here back in June, but I guess over a $20 dollar item that to me is nothing but you would think $20 is worth them keeping my business but I guess not i will bring all my future purchases to another location in Auburn so be ware of what you buy from Auburn smoke shop they sell cheap products for a hi dollar and have no remorse if things stop working with in a day ...stay away from any zico products and watch what you buy from them they seem very cheap with the product they carry and could care less about a customer
