Prices seemed a bit expensive on glass, decided to splurge and get a nice glass piece. It sat on my counter for 2 weeks untouched and had broken off in the center. Never had a glass piece just break like that. Not only that, the color was also continuously rubbing off of the piece as well.
The dudes that run this place were super cool - they let me in while they were setting up the shop (like, before they''d had their opening day) and even sold me some e-juice (which came in 120ml bottles only and were all 20$ a pop). Great selection of products, nice owners, not corpo like some of the other shops in the area. I cannot recommend them enough.
The man I dealt with last night was very helpful and really nice. It was my first time ever going in a vape shop. I was looking for an electric cigarette but they don''t carry them.I explained the situation and after letting me try a vape,.I bought it. Today before using it,.I noticed it was 5% nicotine. I took it back just now and the man made sure it was not opened and then told me he couldn''t give a refund only an exchange!! OMG..he proceeded to argue with me that the century 21.electric cigarette my mo m has used for 10 years. I pulled it up on line and he still insisted that it had oil in it. Now I am out of the money and have a vape I.will never use. Daytime guy is rude and he does it with a smile.
Everytime I come into this smoke shop I am greeted with excellent customer service. I have even switched the location of where I buy my tobacco because Armada is quick convenient and ALWAYS has the product I need!

I have been going to this smoke shop since they opened. They have been extremely helpful and since I was a beginner vapor, they have taught me quite a lot. Everything is clearly marked and very organized. If you have questions just ask and they will explain everything. This will be my go to shop for all my smoking/vape needs.
