Never anything but a warm welcome and experience when shopping here. I can honestly say that everyone there is helpful.
Really declined from when they first opened. Used to have good employees that were helpful and used to have average prices. Used to be my go-to smoke shop. Now I feel like I’m getting extorted with how much of a markup they put on their items. Employees now also sound like they’re sleeping. Some of the products are straight up garbage. There are better options. I wouldn’t even come here if I was desperate.

After years of decline they have definitely lost a customer. They now sell products that are not what they say there are on the packaging and then act as if they don''t know what it is to false advertise when confronted. Patricia and the store manager Kayla have no knowledge of their products nor of how to resolve obvious wrongdoings as a company. No refunds or exchanges even when they can clearly see and admit that the product is not what its supposed to be. Still waiting for the manager to call me back and at this point very doubtful of any resolution on this $75 purchase of garbage. Trash! Put in a complaint with NJ Consumer Affairs including submitted pictures and videos of past purchases of the same product from the same store for comparison. Now taking the long version of the entire situation to Twitter.
Went there a week back. I was not greeted. And the curly red haired girl was not helpful at all. I asked very simple straight forward questions about the product I was looking for and she begins to tell me about a shop down the street that has something for me. This store had plenty of disposables I could have purchased! And she directed me to another store. I am at lost for words. She was incredibly rude and dry and seemed bothered by my presence. This location needs new staff I’m sorry.
