My boyfriend is a regular, and I can see why! The staff is very welcoming and they genuinely care about their customers, they always know what he’s going to buy and have it ready for him when his car enters the parking lot. Shout out to Eddie for being an amazing team member! He has been nothing but helpful! I can tell Eddie is dedicated to his job and cares about the people who shop there!
Great customer service! I felt very welcomed, like a family environment! I was specifically impressed by the gentleman named Kyle!! You''re a great team player and you constantly help others meet their customer requests. Well done! It seems like everytime i stop by i see you with a smile already asking how i am doing. You''re loyal customer base is outstanding. Customers often ask for you by name. And you have a lot of repeat customers as a result. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality have helped produce outstanding results. The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from this business but especially and specifically from the gentleman whos name is Kyle! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect item. i was very impressed with the quality of the product I received.
Went there today and got a pack of 4 pods and a vape juice. When I went to the register the guy said the total was $48 and some change, which seemed like a lot but it was $6/pod plus $20 for a juice. Okay, adds up, expensive but fine I won''t come back. Register said $29 something, thought that was odd but didn''t think anything of it. Paid with my card but wasn''t offered a receipt (my mistake here, should have asked for one) Get home and check my bank statement and I''m charged $78.01. I guess somehow I was charged the $48 plus the $29 but I don''t have a receipt so I''m not even bothering to go back. If the charge gets corrected I''ll update the review.
I absolutely love the team at this spot! They are always so incredibly helpful. Big shout out to Delaney and Chris for their help today with a big purchase and some issues I had with a product. With so many smoke shop options, I will always choose All in One for their friendly and helpful staff, and great prices.
I showed up on Black Friday with my husband. Everything was 50% off!! We ended up with so many Xmas gifts. They sent us over to their other location on Val Vista and Broadway. They have a huge selection of Silicone bongs and rigs. My husband is done shopping for me!! Im excited😊 The staff was really helpful and chill!
