This is hands down the best vape/smoke store in Delaware. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly knows an extensive range of the products in store but go above and beyond to help the customer find exactly what they''re looking for and in the rare times a product may run out of stock or backorder they always seem to provide an even better alternative than what I originally intended to purchase. The staff is very patient and so friendly especially walking me through this first vaping experience thing for me and answered every question and made sure I had all I needed to leave a happy customer. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend anyone who hasn''t already make this your go to vape and smoke shop.
Best shop in Newark....PERIOD. The two owners are DOPE and knowledgable - shop has Pieces, Candles/sprays, and EVERYTHING in btw! Great vibes fellas!
They have the best selection of glass in town. They even play great music. What I didn’t like was the initial customer service. The Blonde hair guy was no help at all. I asked questions and he gave me one word answers. Didn’t seem to want to explain to me how certain things worked. I was going to leave the store empty handed and take a walk up the street to the next shop. A guy who reminded me of “Kevin Smith” works there and he actually came to help. Dude knew his stuff and made my experience there personal. I felt like he loved his job with the positive attitude he had. Now the prices are decent but after buying 3-4 things you’d think they would give you a better price. Hopefully some things will change there
Beautiful store with handmade pieces from a lot of local people. Staff is friendly and helpful. A little pricey for my blood on certain items but it''s mostly handcrafted art and I''m sure well worth it. (5 star experience! It''s not the stores fault I''m cheap :) Thanks for the response!
