Today a nice young man was straight up and forward with me. You have an awesome employee, he informed me of what a water pipe is called vs. the 70s version of the same thing. I am a 70''s teen. Age 61and disabled with brain function and memory loss along with 4 other illnesses. He was kind. He was informative. He was very helpful. I came in at noon on 08/12/23. Please find out who this employee was. ( dark hair and beard) and give him a raise..or a bonus check. Truly an employee to hold onto.Again awesome employee and I will return without hesitation because he was very patient with me. ( it too me twenty minutes to give this review, I do no .t give reviews often ) great shop too ! I will try my best to remember the correct verbag next visit)
Love this shop so much! Lots of glass and stuff to choose from too but the customer service was 10⭐️⭐️ by far…the gentleman working was very knowledgeable and put up with 3 crazy chicks who just firing off questions about the stuff we were buying… he was so calm and so cool we were all having fun with him…this is my new smoke shop and I would go here 1 million times even though I have one in walking distance of my house!
Put it back up because of the manager fixed the issue they have good products. A wide selection of vapes,glass and THC products good customer service at times. Depending on who you get there straight forward and honest with you.
Make sure you know what your buying because there’s no return policy. Literally brought something and 30 min later tried to return a device unopened and unused and the manger had no compassion esp when there was no sign that said all sales are final

As an advocate of company policies, I understand and respect the establishment''s judgment if they are unwilling to make a sale for a particular product. However, I regret to say that the service I received was highly unacceptable and disrespectful. Specifically, I would like to address the behavior of the manager, who not only displayed a poor attitude but also had an unprofessional demeanor. It is important to emphasize the significance of customer service and the impact it has on customer satisfaction and loyalty. While I acknowledge the right to deny service, it is crucial to avoid belittling or disrespecting customers in any way. In order to maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers, I kindly urge the management to address the issue with the manager in question. It may be beneficial to have a conversation with him about the importance of excellent customer service or consider taking appropriate measures, such as additional training or potential reevaluation of his position. Despite this unfortunate experience, I would have given a three-star rating considering other aspects of the store. However, I strongly believe that improving customer service will greatly enhance the overall image and reputation of the establishment. Thank you for considering my feedback, and I hope to see positive changes in the future.
