Just left shop during lunch break and experienced poor customer service. Young man was on phone entire time of service texting. Also over charged me for something priced at 89 cents each. When asked for the difference was told "I get 400 customers a day and they don''t care" well now you have 399. I work over here every day of the week and will never return. Please do math corrrectly everyone that comes in the store is not math illiterate. I don''t care if its 44 cents or 4 dollars I work too hard for my money and did not feel valued. Left cheated
Guy wouldn''t take a manufacturers coupon for cigarette tubes, claiming they wouldn''t give him the money back, which doesn''t make much sense and if true most likely a lack of trying on his part. Most things don''t have prices on them, and I''ve been charged higher prices for the same item as my friend who got a lower price. I only go here when it''s more convenient, nothing more.
Customer service was good, but their humidor isn’t properly sealed. This Isn’t good for the cigars they have. Properly seal and humidify the humidor.
Always nice, does special orders too. Remembers his customers and whAt they get too, truly connects, something you don''t find find much in this hectic world.

Has tobacco products at good prices but clerk was unhelpful. I came here because of the online reviews. I was attempting to buy bulk amounts of tobacco and tubes, but as there were no prices tags on most of the items I was continually trying to ask the clerk, but he was talking on his cellphone. I explained to him that I was on my way home to Wilmington which had been hit by Florence. I felt extremely rushed and the clerk appeared annoyed each time I asked him a question. At 4:25 pm I was told that he was closing the store. I was still trying to find everything I needed. I asked him if the store was only open until 5 pm. He said No, he was closing it because he was going on break. I still planned on buying more items including a new rolling machine but decided to take the rest of my business elsewhere. As I was checking out I asked him where was the nearest store where I could buy a rolling machine and he pointed at the ones they had for sale. I declined and after paying for my purchase I left.
