Love this place, the other shops might as well not even exist as far as I''m concerned. Elixirs is essentially the Cheers of wasilla, the staff are phenomenal they remember you and your preferences. They even follow up if you took a suggestion great atmosphere in there, wholesome people.
bought a vape that I didn’t realize was misfiring until I left the store, tried to return it the next day and they were being hostile about no returns the second I said so and raising their voice, when I was just trying to let them know that the product they sold was faulty.
Firstly I want to say that I''ve had mostly good experiences here. However they have a no return policy and apparently even when there staff makes a mistake about replacement tanks fitting specific mods they would not own up and refund a 6 dollar pod. . Now 6 bucks is a very small amount. And I don''t care about the money . But I do care greatly about customer service and the moral behind standing behind your service. So while they do great at juice I would not buy a mod here
it''s a good place to go they seem to have everything you need very good customer service I definitely will come back
My husband and I would get disposables from here, they have great flavors to choose from. Decided to switch to an actual mod and they were so helpful, very informative, and described a bunch of different ones to help us find ones we would like. I also asked one of the employees to help us set it up and he was happy too, his face lit up lol. Also love that they have their own juices made in-house. Very happy and appreciative, great customer service!
