Trash. Dirty store and didn''t have anything worth buying. Customer service was awful
The new guy there is ALWAYS ON HIS PHONE. Don’t greet you when you come in and always gives out the wrong item over and over again. If you don’t catch him he will try to over price the item. SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL. I recommend Smokers Choice on Kirby Whitten for great customer service and fair prices. Please bring back the older guy.
Been going there for years; and they used to have great service (especially the older bald guy). The younger guy overcharges once in a while, but it''s no big deal. But recently they''ve added an old Black guy to the staff, and he overcharges to the EXTREME. He''ll tack on an extra $2 to a pack of smokes. And a $2.99 pack of incense is now $8 according to him. And he does it all with a bad attitude. Never going back.
Not good. On the phone when I came in, after many minutes while still on the phone he asked what I wanted and I told him, he hands me the wrong thing and I advised him it wasn''t what I asked for, gw says we don''t have it and went back to his phone call

So it’s a guy with glasses that works here and all I’m a say is be very careful with buying from here as long as he is there not only does his attitude stinks but he walks away from you as your asking questions and will stay talking on the phone I can’t count on my fingers how many times me and this disrespectful man has gotten into it over him over pricing me and trying to talk to me any kind of way
