  Love new owners..whole family is super sweet..never had any problems..the mother doesn''t speak to good of English but we some how understand each other..my husband and I stay loyal to this shop only in San leandro..beautiful shop and people..

  The person at night does not want to help you with what you need to buy, you tell them where is what you are going to buy and he gets angry and says that if not, oh no, oh, they don''t want to help you because they have a lot I work and they are outside smoking at night very bad service and in the morning 100% better but lousy night staff if they don''t want to work what are they doing oh with their long faces that stay at home

  I started coming here because of San Francisco''s ban on flavored tobacco products, they are not far from the Bay Fair Bart station so they are ideally suited for a relatively quick menthol run.however, they have won my customer loyalty by their excellent customer service and fair prices. Thanks, especially to Amy, who is super nice, hi Amy! (•з•)ﾉﾞ

  Place is ok. Feel that they make up the price for each customer as they feel. Most of their stuff doesn''t have a price. The owner pull out gun when I was there. Because of a bad customer. That''s when I decided to leave. Weird feeling..

  This store carries the one product that’s saved my livelihood on more than one occasion! The mom is super sweet too! Love this store!
