Great customer service love this place! Neil is amazing and so awesome never over charges and gives great deals!! Also makes it feel like home and if any women ever feels unsafe and you go in there they will make sure they personally give you a ride home safely! Definitely 1 in a million!
This is my go to shop in the metro area. We have shopped here for a couple years whenever we were in the area. Always great service and great prices. They have never disappointed. Always an awesome selection of Clipper lighters....if you know, you know .
Do not buy glass, they don''t honor their pieces. Bought one large piece and it had a manufacturing flaw. Would not return or replace but "would give me a good discount on another (unguaranteed piece) " I''m sorry no thank you, (it was unused just a little water from when we did fill it and a massive leak became apparent). I am so disappointed, usually glass artists or sellers check their work before selling. BE CAUTIOUS!
This place is wonderful, the employees are very kind and helpful. Neil is the best he''s always very knowledgeable on everything and is very polite and respectful. I went into this place randomly and now I plan to only come here for my glass and vapes etc. Honestly it''s a great store with plenty of options for just about everything u need at a smoke shop.
