A friendly greeting is the biggest way to set the tone for a good customer experience. This shop is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They show excellent customer attentiveness each time I’ve been there. There’s many types of products they carry and their staff can easily explain all the differentiations between them. It feels comforting knowing what you’re spending your money on good quality products, but also being clear on what they fully are. This place is five stars for sure.
Employees are so sweet and wonderful! They helped me out with picking out a variety of disposables for my wife! They have a huge selections and the best prices in town!
Bought two brand new geek vape from this place and one did not work strait out of the box I still had the receipt and tried to get it replaced for another one and the owner would not take it back they said they would only give 25%off when they could have replaced it with one that worked and sent it back to geek they are a dealer.. the beautiful lady at the counter was so sweet and tried to help as much as she could but the owners are not people I would deal with again.
The employees are the best , great vibes, needless to say they’ve got everything you need and about three different kinds of it! They are the only people I trust with good quality products and customer service.Shout out to my girl Remaz she’s the best!
I stopped for the first time on Midway Rd and had huge help as it was my very first time shopping at any smoke shop. Brian patiently helped me out in selecting the right products. He’s the real expert. I love their products so much I have become a regular at Lovers Ln and Midway! I definitely recommend going to anyone from beginners to advanced levels. Actually I’m on my way there now for more.
