  I bought 2 packs of coils, there''s suppose to be 5 in each one and they sold them to me with 3 in it and wouldn''t even replace the ones missing. I''m a regular customer there and they lost my service for good! No normal person cuts their coils off in singles, we pop them out and keep it moving! Do NOT go here, it''s a rip off.

  Fake and defective products they will not replace it even in the store or drive through. If they stole from you file a complaint with the better business bureau. It only takes a second and they will help you get your money back.

  Terrible service they sold me a broken necter collector and refused to exchange it. A bunch of thieves!

  I bought two new vape an opened them in the store to try before leaving because they have a paper at the register that says open an try before leaving or no exchange so after I opened them I told the gentleman that was checking me out that there was something wrong with one ( it burns still after I hit it) an he said to tell the gentleman with long hair so I did an they refused to exchange even though I never left the store

  Fairly good service and prices, though there have definitely been things I''ve gotten that haven''t worked well. That said, I do love the variety and constant change of products.
