This place has a great selection and normally the staff is very helpful but today November 8 a Wednesday @ 7:30pm my sister and I came in to purchase a number of things and the short VERY VERY RUDE Indian woman on shift made to our trip here tonight no doubt the WORST experience ever. She was not only rude, she repeatedly demanded both of us to grab merchandise from her instead of simply taking it to the register, she immediately profiled us upon entry and kept constantly invading my personal space, and eyeballing us. On top of it all, when I made a simple suggestion to the woman working the register, about finding someone to work the store that is more customer friendly and has a better attitude. She then followed myself and my sister outside and through the dang parking lot as to "regulate" us or as if we had stolen or done something frowned upon. Due to this experience I HIGHLY doubt I will suggest nor visit this place again.
Awful experience here literally every single time I''ve had to shop here and it''s unfortunate because they may have a somewhat decent little selection however the immediate uncomfortable remarks and/or comments from a individual with distinguishable accent will immediately follow as you enter into store. There''s not much for a person to care for when browsing of course but if you''re fine with employee literally on your heels the entire time you''re most better off knowing what it is you need first hand to avoid the uncomfortable interaction
My fiance & I have been here a few times for personal shopping and for gifts. Each trip ended with at least $100 spent but us being irritated by how we were treated. We do not look like we are homeless or act like we might try to steal but are treated as such. We have had friends go there with the same complaints. Ask a question? They won''t ignore you. Other than that your rushed to finalize any purchase on anything you DO ask about as they (owners) act like they are SO BOTHERED TO RUN A STORE IN AMERICA, WHERE THEY NOW LIVE AND HAVE TO SELL TO AMERICANS. NOT A PREJUDICE BONE IN MY BODY AND I HAVE NO PROBLEM BEING STRAIHT UP & STATING FACTS.
I love the place overall, only part I don’t like is they don’t give you a chance to enjoy the experience… employees immediately are right up on you… definitely recommend upping the security instead of being on top of the costumers but over all I enjoy the place

I had two separate visits and two different experiences. They have a good selection, for sure; and the prices are competitive enough. 1st Visit: Nice lady, very helpful and friendly. 5 stars 2nd Visit: A male individual was working there. He was not so friendly. He made me feel like I had to hurry out and be on my way. I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was in the store. It would have been 5 stars had it not felt like I was being shoved out the door for closing time (it''s open 24 hrs). I will visit again, nonetheless. P.S. They have a Facebook page with pics, which I submitted to Google :)
