  Wanted to start off by saying I myself am a small business owner so it pains me to write this but the customer service here was the worst of any business I’ve experienced since moving to Michigan 2 months ago. I purchased an elf bar(vape) and opened and tested it almost immediately and it was defective, I didn’t ask for a free one just a discount on one to replace the vape I purchased, while stating that all other shops normally replace defective vapes free of charge to which the clerk in the lions Beenie replied “then stick with those other shops”!!! Woooow when I originally purchased the vape I also purchased a locking backwoods case and planned to spend a lot more money in this establishment since it’s so close to where I live but now I warn others to stay away as they don’t have policies that are customer friendly and definitely don’t promote an attitude that is for the customer that helps them keep their lights on…..very disappointing to say the least…

  Really beautiful building for a smoke shop, the staff are always extremely inviting and helpful with my excessive questions I never feel a bother. I really appreciate this team for all the hard work they put in to be such an outstanding Smokeshop store! PLUSSS they have accessoriesssss!

  racist. i was going in there a couple times a week and buying the same thing every time. they randomly doubled the price and the little yt boy behind the counter played in my face like i was delusional about the price increase. i waited it out a few weeks to see if they just went up everywhere and they didn’t raise the price at any other store. then my white friend went in there and got charged the regular normal price. thought these kids just hated their min wage jobs but seeing as only me and my black family members been feeling the animosity i think it’s safe to say that this place hates black people :)
