I came to 18 PLUS SMOKE SHOP and I told Ian I’ve stopped smoking backwoods. He took the time to show me other options of papers I can smoke out of and he also showed the very best customer service skills! Yall gotta come to 18 Plus Smoke Shop and shop with Ian!!! He will take care of all your needs no matter what you need they got it plus more!
Been a long time customer of this shop. Bought all my vape stuff from here. However, I''ve started noticing that some of the vapes are deff fakes. One that was supposed to have Delta 8 + nic in it 100% did not. If I don''t get a nic head rush after 8 hours of sleep with 5% nic then something is wrong. I even scanned the QR code and guess what? All it did was take me to the companies website. So I got curious, I bought one from the company site and scanned the QR when I got it. When scanned it took me to a page showing batch numbers, time it was made and VERFIED it was real. So obviously the one from 18+ was not real. I love this shop and will still buy certain things but I will no longer buy vapes from here due to the possible worry. I''ve tried returning vapes before and was rudely told no that they can''t. Not the owners mind you, the employees. I will not play Russian roulette. If I wanted fake, I''d go onto alibaba myself....
Good selection of all products such as Delta 8, 9, Kratom, Vape, and the employees are knowledgeable and willing to help customers. Definitely recommend.
