Syd''s is located n Parkway Plaza Shopping Center right off I-40, Hwy 52, Hwy 150 & Hwy 67 right outside of downtown Winston Salem. They r open everyday all day and have just about every brand of cigarette or cigar u could possibly want 4 a great price...they also sell snacks, candy, chips, cold drinks, incense, candles, pipes, papers, scales, pocket pill holders, cigarette holders, mini ashtrays, loose tobacco, lighters, etc & they have an ATM machine! I go there every wk for my cigarettes where I pay around $45 for a carton of my menthol 100s & there is never a long line & the employees r always kind! Definetly stop by there instead of the gas station!
This place has what I want. The staff always treat me well. I get in, get out, and go on my way. No complaints.
Favorite stop for all things tobacco and vape and many other products including ball caps and t-shirts, etc. Great customer service.
Needs a better humidor for the cigars with a display that represents the richness and beauty of the tobacco. A little tlc goes a long way!

Prices are lower than most, but I do not feel good going in here all the time. High turnover of staff, and one young guy was kind of a wise guy. Not to the point of me refusing to buy from them, but I don''t understand why this person was arrogant to me. As of 12/25/2023, this cashier does not appear to be working there any longer. Probably not their fault, but being met at the front door by beggers is very common at this location.
