  Good selection, Good variety of different types of products, Very knowledgeable employees, and just great customer service and very helpful and straight up forward and truthful with me and how and what to really buy what I actually want or need at the best and cheapest price possible for a customer which is now a continuing customer at this smoke shop from now on all just because of the respectful and great experience that i had the first time in this smoke shop and had, continue, and will always recommend this shop to anyone and everyone who I know and that are looking for a righteous spot to go to continously knowing and feeling that you will always have a good experience and not feel, think, and believe that you got ripped off or taken advantage of you not being knowledgeable of what the best product that you are looking for and about how much it really is and the difference between different types of products and brands. My very upmost respect and thankfulness to Sam and Chris who worked this location.

  Prices are so good I had to leave a review. The customer service was great. The person that helped us was informative. If you’re looking for disposable the ignite is the one!!!

  It''s all about customer service! And 101 has it in spades. I love it when employees know details about the products they sell. So far every time I''ve been in there, the staff have been on point. Shop here, for sure. Thank you 101 and thank you Bradley for being engaging and sharp.
